EEEEE I WON AN AWARD!! Thank you One Voice, JMC and Gravy for the Brain for this incredible honor! Back in August, when I was in Dallas for the One Voice conference and award ceremony, I won “Best Character Performance – Female” for one of my favorite projects I’ve worked on: Lana Longbeard. Voicing Lana was a dream come true! I got to play, sing and improvise for 52 11-minute episodes over the course of a year and a half. I have to give a special shoutout to Copernicus Studios in Halifax, Nova Scotia, for trusting me to voice the lead character in their first original IP and to Zephyr Animation for the beautiful animation. To Supersonics for hosting the sessions and to my incredible director, Deep Shipley for allowing me to play. And finally, to my amazing agents at TaDa Voiceworks, Tanya and Krista, who are rockstars and who been supporting me since the start of my career. I am so grateful for this honor and thank you so much, once again to OVC.
